| Authentication With the transition from phone-based fax to wireless and Internet fax, senders have had less assurance their messages are received intact by the intended receiver. Information security concerns have moved to the forefront of public concern, thus making message authentication requirements of higher priority. Xerox authentication technology provides assurance for Internet and wireless communications users that their messages are received in an unaltered format from a known sender.
